Biography
Jackie is responsible for the effective and efficient management of casework teams' performance against key performance indicators, the development of key relationships with partner organisations in such a way that service to applicants is enhanced, and the provision of strong leadership to develop the skills of the staff in casework operations.
Before working for CICA
Before joining CICA, Jackie held a number of roles at TNT Express UK Ltd between 1982 and 2008. These included general management (13 years ), global account management (3 yrs), divisional management, sales management at regional and depot level, field sales executive, and indoor sales executive.
