Biography
Cliff Binning is supporting the Chief Executive Officer in running the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority. Taking management responsible for the Finance, Business Support, Business Change Programme and Information Technology Departments.
Before working for CICA
Before joining CICA, Cliff held the post of Director of Field Services with the Scottish Court Service, covering operational delivery and organisation change and development. Cliff has held a variety of policy and operational posts in justice and has also had a lead role in major justice reforms.
